Northend Land Assemblage Including Former Tryon Meadows Site

Vision Ventures  has assembled 47 acres of vacant land and industrial properties in Charlotte’s up-and-coming NorthEnd.  Approximately 36 acres of vacant land is zoned for residential use while approximately 11 acres with frontage along N. Church is zoned for industrial use.

Tryon Meadows was an Urban 260 Unit Apartment Complex, on approximately 28 acres. Vision Ventures successfully acquired this distressed asset for $10,025,000.00 then renovated and re-stabilized this complex.

Hundreds of new residences are planned just north of uptown


Hercules Industrial Park
This 455,860 square foot urban industrial park sits on 22.56 acres. It was a former Department of Defense Army Depot. Vision Ventures successfully acquired the property and collaborated with the Army Corps of Engineers on the Environmental remediation strategy and cleanup of the site. Hercules was sold to ATCO Investments in August 2016.

Godley Industrial Facility
This 170,113 square foot industrial facility sits on 12.52 acres. The team at Vision Ventures successfully re-recorded the Right of Way with the Railroad Company in order to close on the property. It was the first time since the mid-1800s that the railroad company had re-recorded on this line. ATCO Investments purchased the property in August 2016.

Nisbet Oil Facility
The Nisbet Oil Facility is a Texaco Distributor. Vision Ventures structured a multi-year sale/leaseback to close on this industrial distribution facility. This property was sold in August 2016 to a local real estate developer.
