Gregg oversees the firm’s constructionservices and project operations for all assets, working with the team from due diligence, design, and value engineering to construction and development execution.
He recieved his B.A. in Business from Belmont Abby College in 1995.
Controller/ CFO
Renee is responsible for the accounting functions across all Vision Ventures entities, overseeing corporate financials, day-to-day accounting operations and asset reporting. She is a licensed CPA in North Carolina for 25+ years.
She received and Accounting degree from Wake Forest University.
Managing Principal
Paul sets the firm’s overall vision and strategy, leading the team in identifying investment opportunities, value creation strategies, and asset performance oversight. He oversees the firm’s equity, as well as manages capital raising and investor partnerships.
He received his B.S. in Financial Management from Salve Regina University in 1991.
Principal
Doug leads the firm’s real-estate brokerage services, working with the team across the entire transaction process-from site selection, due diligence to landlord representation and lease negotiations throught the asset lifecyle.
He received his B.S. in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte in 1991.
Development Associate
Garrett is responsible for tenant relations, monthly asset reporting and property management.
He received a B.S. from Hofstra University in 2023.
