PAUL M. PICARAZZI

Principal

As co-founder of Vision Ventures, Picarazzi oversees the firm’s overall direction with a focus on identifying opportunities, value creation and capital management. President and Qualified License Holder of Vision Ventures Construction Services, Inc., Paul works with his team on all aspects of the development process from analyzing acquisitions to product selection, innovative design and asset stabilization.
He received his B.S. in Financial Management from Salve Regina University in 1991.

GREGG MCALLISTER

Vice President of Development

Gregg oversees each stage of project operations with a focus on due diligence, development, investments, design, value engineering and construction techniques. His extensive construction and development experience started early and now covers all product classes in the real-estate industry.
He received his B.A. in Business from Belmont Abbey College.

DOUGLAS R. STEPHAN

Principal

As co-founder of Vision Ventures, Doug oversees company activities regarding real estate acquisitions, brokerage and investments. As President and Broker-in-Charge of Vision Brokerage Group, LLC., Doug works with his team on the various steps of contract negotiations, due diligence services, acquisitions, lease negotiations and debt placement.
He received his B.S. Business Administration from UNC Charlotte in 1991.

RENEE PURDY

Controller, CPA

Renee is responsible for the accounting functions of all Vision Ventures entities, overseeing corporate financials and principal reporting. Renee has been a NC licensed CPA for over 20 years.
Renee received an accounting degree from Wake Forest University.

CATIE CORRIGN

Assistant Asset Manager

As assistant asset manager at Vision Ventures, Catie is responsible for office systems, tenant relations, monthly reporting and property management.
Catie received a B.S. from University of South Carolina.
